Dierdre L. McCool joined the Butterfield Foundation familly in June 2018. In her role as Vice President, her duties include daily operations management, senior administrative staff supervision, human resources, community engagement and public speaking.
Her non-profit experience began over 30 years when she served as a caseworker at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. From there, she joined the team at Deaconess Pregnancy and Adoption in 1996, serving as the Executive Director for a majority of the time.
Dierdre is married and lives in the Yukon area. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, gardening and traveling.
