Funds are given to support Christian organizations who meet the whole person healthcare needs of the under served and uninsured in their communities. Projects should help to improve the quality of care offered to each patient and increase the awareness and knowledge of charitable care.
A portion of grant funds each year are given to Christian, Pregnancy Resource Centers who are 501(c)3 non-profit organizations. All projects funded help to increase the quality of care provided to clients in their communities.
Funds are given to Christian, overseas medical organizations with a domestic U.S. based 501(c)3 that enhances healthcare capacity, trains indigenous healthcare providers, and improves health-related conditions in their community.
Funds are provided to enhance spiritual care programs in charitable care clinics. Funding is limited and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
All prospective grantees to the Butterfield Foundation must first complete a letter of inquiry.
