Agencies receiving grants from the Butterfield Memorial Foundation will be required to submit regular reports regarding the funded projects. The content and frequency of the reports will be determined by the amount of funds granted and the type of project that was funded. Reporting expectations will be outlined in the award letter received by the agency.
Agencies may be expected to provide quantitative data showing the effectiveness of the program. They may also be expected to provide information regarding what was learned during project implementation and improvements that will be made in the future. Other items which may be required in the reports include an updated budget showing how the funds were expended and a plan for continued sustainability of the project. In addition, follow-up site visits may also be made by Foundation staff.
